为了贯彻落实《3-6岁儿童发展指南》和《幼儿园保育教育质量评估指南》精神,随着“环境育人”理念逐渐深入人心,教育环境不再仅仅起到装饰和美化的作用,更成为幼儿学习的有效途径和重要的教育手段。为了进一步凸显环境在幼儿园教育中的作用,让环境更好地服务于幼儿的发展,无锡市梁溪区梁隽幼儿园开展了“境”育童心  “创”造美好自然角、主题墙评比活动。

SPRING DAYS

自然角,一个小小的角落,蕴藏着自然界中的生机和活力,蕴藏着无限的教育契机。不仅具有绿化班级、美化环境的作用,同时也蕴涵着很大的教育价值。在老师和孩子的共同创设下,丰富了生趣的自然角,让整个园所充满生气,也使孩子的生活更加生动有趣、丰富多彩。孩子可以在自然角学习动植物相关知识,并对动植物进行观察记录,从而培养幼儿对大自然的探索兴趣。

每一面主题墙都是会说话的,每一幅作品都满载着孩子们的心声,各班级老师充分挖掘课程的潜在元素,根据幼儿的年龄特点和兴趣爱好体现主题活动内容选择背景、主题脉络、板块内容设定、表现形式、师幼互动、家园互动、整体感受、主题墙亮点与不足等层面进行多角度讲解,凸显幼儿的主体地位,教师的用心与智慧。

一次交流、一次评比,都是老师们互相找亮点的好机会,相互学习取长补短,每一个角落、每一个设计、每一个块面都是老师们的精心创意和奇思妙想,每个班都有闪耀的亮点,照亮着孩子们的快乐童年,为孩子们的幼儿园生活增添最美的记忆。

评比只是提升的一个契机,从不是为了分出高下,较量美丑。而是领略不同的美,创造不同的美。通过本次评比活动的开展,不仅获得了专业成长,也通过观摩交流学到了他人的智慧,让老师们受益匪浅。大家利用此次交流契机,积极探索,从孩子的视角对我们的环境和主题进行一次全面、理性、专业的审视,促进教师加强学习,提高实践效果,切实创造有呼应的环境和有吸引力的游戏场,让幼儿真正成为自己一日活动的主人,让教育助力孩子的拔节生长!
